Wagner Honors 2nd District Service Academy Appointees
Ballwin, MO – Congresswoman Ann Wagner (R-MO) released the following statement after she honored the Class of 2026 Academy Appointees from Missouri’s 2nd District.
“I am thrilled to recognize the Class of 2026 Academy Appointees from the 2nd District this week. As the proud mother of a West Point graduate, I consider it a great privilege to nominate outstanding candidates for appointment to our nation’s service academies. I am grateful to be a part of this serious responsibility, and I look forward to seeing the successes of each of these appointees as they lead our next generation.”
Background
Ethan Peterson from Kirkwood was appointed to the US Air Force Academy. Lauren “Maggie” Pennington from Kirkwood was appointed to the US Military Academy at West Point. Everly Hunkler from Visitation Academy and Sara Goodman from Marquette were appointed to the US Naval Academy and Morgan Coyle from CBC received an appointment to the US Coast Guard Academy.
