“Believe you can and your halfway there.”

PRESIDENT THEODORE ROOSEVELT

Greetings freedom fighters. We hope this email finds you well!

Your Missouri Senate Republican caucus is hard at work during the beginning stages of the 2023 legislative session. Each week, we will be sending updates about the conservative wins we are stacking up for you in Jefferson City, as well as more information on our caucus members and key bills that are working their way through the pipeline.

This will be a great way to stay informed and up to speed as the session progresses, so don’t hesitate to share with your friends and family to make sure they are in the know as well.

THE WEEK THAT WAS

After a busy week, chairmanships have been decided! Look below to see the new committee chairs and their schedule.

ON DECK (Bills that will be on the Senate floor soon)

PROTECTING WOMAN’S SPORTS

Senator Denny Hoskins’s SB2 is currently in committeeThe caucus stands unified in protecting the integrity of women’s sports. More than likely, we will also see Senator Hoskins’s legislation carry protection against minors’ undergoing mutilating surgeries. Missouri Senate Republicans are fully committed to protecting children from radical gender ideology. Join the fight and let YOUR Senator know you support this legislation.

FIXING THE INITIATIVE PETITION PROCESS

For years, out-of-state liberals have ABUSED our initiative petition process. Dark money billionaires have taken advantage of a broken system by attempting to deceive Missouri voters. With Senator Rowden’s SJR5, Missouri Senate Republicans are going to stop this. Gone are the days of George Soros influencing Missouri elections. It’s past time Missouri Republicans stop the influence of woke billionaires in our elections

KEEPING CRT OUT OF OUR SCHOOLS

The influence of woke academia has spread and is no longer relegated to college campuses. High schools and even grade schools around the nation are promoting Critical Race Theory. Senator Rowden and the Missouri Senate Republicans are stopping these racist woke teachings in their path. SJR 6 will give parents A CONISTUIONAL RIGHT to participate and be directly involved in their children’s education.
